Order & Shipping

  • Yes. RIWA ships worldwide. Shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout based on your location

  • We process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes:

    • Saudi Arabia & Gulf countries: 2–5 business days

    • International orders: 7–12 business days depending on destination

    You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow its journey.

Product Use & Safety

  • Our products are made in small batches with natural preservatives. Most items last 6 to 12 months after opening. Please store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

  • Our products are natural and safe, but always consult with your physician before using any new skincare during pregnancy.

  • Absolutely. RIWA formulas are crafted with gentle, natural ingredients and are free from harsh chemicals. However, we always recommend a patch test if you have highly sensitive skin or allergies.
